Yes. We offer a 3 month Validation Sprint for $1,500 that secures your place in the next 8-month cohort. This Sprint is a pre-Track accelerator that is fully creditable toward the $3,500 Foundations fee and focuses solely on achieving problem/solution fit.
The fee covers access to our proprietary 8-month/15-month Launch-a-Startup Track IP, weekly fixed-schedule sessions (Mondays/Fridays), 1:1 mentorship, and integration into the ViR Co-op talent pipeline. It is separate from the academic course fee paid to our partners.
The Investment Eligibility is Guaranteed. Every founder who successfully completes the program and hits defined milestones is eligible to receive investment of up to $5,000 per Demo Day. We guarantee a $2,500 base check upon completion of initial legal formation milestones. The remaining $2,500 is strictly performance-based.
You can choose the Upfront option, 4 Installments (spread over the track duration), or the Low-Cost option $437.50 which secures predictable operating capital for our Management Company across the entire 8 month/15 month Track duration.
Yes. Our curriculum and investment structure mandate forming a U.S.-friendly entity (Delaware C-Corp/LLC). Our compliance is institutionally rigorous, designed to be attractive to institutional investors (Fund I/II).
No. You only give up 0.5%-1.0% equity if you choose the Discounted Equity Hybrid payment option. Otherwise, the $3,500 fee is purely for tuition and services.
